Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with Vanessa Hudgens, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Monday, March 16, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a (i) 1966 Coyote Edition Bronco from Gateway Bronco (ii) $40,000 cash for required taxes for US residents only (the “Grand Prize”). Bronco build consists of a 3rd Generation Ford 5.0L Engine, 10-Speed Automatic Transmission, Wilwood 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, 18” Billet Machined Wheels, Stainless Steel Exhaust, Kincer Engineering Chassis, Distressed Italian Leather, Diamond Stitching, German Square Weave Carpet, Leather Wrapped Roll Bar, San Felipe Roll Bar, CarPlay and Bluetooth Audio; and (iii) a supply of CaliWater Kids Pouches (maximum value $500). Maximum Estimated Retail Value (the “MERV”) of the Grand Prize is $290,500 for US residents and $250,500 for non-US residents, assuming the Grand Prize Winner does not choose the Cash Alternative Option.
Taxes or Fees covered: If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident who does not choose the Cash Alternative Option, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of $40,000 US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes. Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.
After Winner has been selected and confirmed, the Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize or the Cash Alternative Option, which is a check for US$175,000. If the Grand Prize Winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that he or she is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative Option. Sponsor’s decisions about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, because the Grand Prize vehicle as described above is unavailable. In the event the Grand Prize vehicle becomes unavailable as described above, Sponsor reserves the right to require the Grand Prize Winner to take the Cash Alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary.
