Each Sweepstakes is also governed by the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and, these Sweepstakes Rules govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with the UFC, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any thirty (30) day period. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

IN ALL CASES, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THE OFFICIAL RULES, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, CAMPAIGNS ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

In order to claim any prize, a prospective auction winner and their guest must (1) have a valid passport or other authenticated identification, (2) comply with CDC guidelines relating to COVID-19 and (3) execute UFC’s supplemental terms applicable to ticket holders with respect to the event.

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to the New York City area from Friday, November 15, 2024 – Sunday, November 17th, 2024. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the New York, NY area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday, Nov 6th, 2024. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Prize: (1) Winner will receive a trip to New York City to enjoy two VIP seats during UFC 309: JONES vs. MIOCIC at Madison Square Garden consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to the New York City area (maximum value US$1100) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of JFK, LGA, or EWR then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) Two (2) night hotel stay in the NYC area (maximum value US$900) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of New York, NY then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) VIP seats during UFC 309: JONES vs. MIOCIC at Madison Square Garden in New York (maximum value US$2000); (iv) two (2) Premium seating at the official UFC 309 ceremonial weigh-ins (v) one (1) signed UFC 309 fight poster; (vi) one (1) signed UFC 309 signed pair of gloves; (vii) One (1) One-year subscription to UFC Fight Pass;  (viii) one (1) Custom Ultra Bluetooth BumpBoxx, courtesy of BumpBoxx.

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$4000.
