Eligibility: This Sweepstakes, Rally with Bubba Wallace, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any thirty (30) day period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina from Saturday, October 12th, 2024 – Monday, October 14th, 2024 in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in Charlotte, North Carolina will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Grand Prize Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a VIP NASCAR Cup Series Experience with Bubba Wallace, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Charlotte, North Carolina (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA CLT, then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) a Two (2) night hotel stay in the Charlotte, North Carolina area (maximum value US$700) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Charlotte, North Carolina, then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Bank of America ROVAL 400 in Charlotte, NC on Sunday, October 13th, 2024 (maximum value US$200); (iv) Two (2) Pit Passes (maximum value US$500); (v) Meet & Greet with Bubba Wallace;(vi) and a Tour for the Winner and their Guest of the 23XI Airspeed HQ (maximum value US$300). The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees.

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$2900.

Sub-Prize A – Winner Availability: Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to satisfactory completion of any documentation as may be required for fulfillment and delivery of the Sub-Prize A. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Notification: Potential Sub-Prize A Winners will be notified by email or phone call on or around Friday, July 19th around 12pm CT. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Announcement: The Sub-Prize A Winner will be announced on alltroo.com or around Wednesday, August 14th, 2024.

Sub-Prize A – Prize: Thirty (30) Winners will receive one (1) limited edition Bubba Wallace Custom T-shirt (maximum value US$690). No cash option is offered for Sub-Prize A. 

Sub-Prize A – Entry Period: This Sub-Prize A Promotion begins on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 at 12 PM PT Central Time and ends on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sub-Prize A Entry Period”). Sub-Prize A Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. All Mail-in Entry forms must be generated during the Sub-Prize A Entry Period. All Mail-in Sub-Prize A Entries from residents outside of Rhode Island must be received by 4 business days after the Entry Period ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
