The Prize

Cozy Oslo

Norwegians have a word for that warm, tucked-in, cozy feeling: koselig. You’ll find it everywhere here. Start with 2 nights in the heart of Oslo, where your private guide will show you around on foot, sharing the stories behind the city’s landmarks. Go view the Oslo Opera House on the waterfront, pay a visit to The Scream at the Munch Museum, then warm up in a candlelit café with a hot coffee and a cinnamon bun fresh from the oven.

Breathtaking Bergen

Next, you’ll settle in for 3 nights in Bergen, a charming harbor town hidden between  mountains. Stroll past the colorful wooden buildings of Bryggen, the old wharf that’s anchored the waterfront for centuries, and stop by the fish market for a taste of fresh Norwegian seafood. Then comes the moment you’ll talk about for years: a 3-hour scenic cruise into the fjords, where sheer cliffs tower hundreds of feet overhead and the water is so still it mirrors the mountains.

All Aboard

In between, you’ll ride the train from Oslo to Bergen, one of the most beautiful rail trips in the world, winding over mountain plateaus and past quiet lakes and little red cabins. Each morning starts with breakfast at your 4-star hotel, right in the center of town. A concierge takes care of the details so you can just enjoy the ride, and a $1,200 flight voucher helps get you there.
