Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Santa Clara, CA in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize February 5-9, 2026 will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.
Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Thursday, January 29, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive The Ultimate Super Bowl Experience consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to San Francisco, CA (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of SFO, then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) a Four (4) night hotel stay in San Francisco, CA or surrounding area (maximum value US$1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Levi’s Stadium, then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl on February 8th 2026 (maximum value US$2600); (iv) Two (2) Pregame sideline passes (maximum value US$0); (v) Two (2) tickets to the NFL Honors (maximum value US$0); (vi) Two (2) tickets to the FanDuel Super Bowl party (maximum value US$); (vii) Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl Experience (maximum value US$0); and (viii) Two (2) tailgate tickets (maximum value $0).
All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor Parties and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses in connection with: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Sweepstakes-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor’s own negligence; (iii) compliance with any terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms and conditions; (iv) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or Prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of a Prize.
