Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 at 6:00 PM Central Time and ends on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.       

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to the mutually agreed upon 2026 UFC event location in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize on the mutually agreed upon date and location will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Monday, January 13, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive Ultimate Fighting Championship Dream Trip consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to a 2026 UFC event of winner’s choice (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of the destination airport, then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) a Two (2) night hotel stay for the 2026 UFC event of the winner’s choosing (maximum value US$1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of destination hotel then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) VIP Tickets to the 2026 UFC event of the winners choosing (maximum value US$2000); (iv) Premium seating at the Ceremonial Weigh-ins for the 2026 UFC event of winner choosing; (v) Signed UFC Fight Poster (maximum value US$100); (vi) One-Year Subscription to UFC Fight Pass (maximum value US$99); (vii) Signed pair of gloves from main event athletes (maximum value US$300)

Sub-Prize A – Winner Notification: The Potential Sub-Prize A Winner will be notified by email or phone call on or around Tuesday, April 29, 2025 around 5 PM CT. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Announcement: The Sub-Prize A Winner will be announced on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025.

Sub-Prize A – Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) UFC BMF Replica Belt (maximum value US$800)

Sub-Prize A – Entry Period: This Sub-Prize A Promotion begins on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 12 PM PT Central Time and ends on Friday, April 25th, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sub-Prize A Entry Period”). Sub-Prize A Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. All Mail-in Entry forms must be generated during the Sub-Prize A Entry Period. All Mail-in Sub-Prize A Entries from residents outside of Rhode Island must be received by 5 business days after the Secondary Promotion period ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
