The Prize

Your Own Chalet in the Dolomites

For five nights, you’ll have a 1-bedroom chalet suite all to yourselves, the kind of cozy mountain hideaway you picture when you think of the Alps. Wake up to cool, crisp air and mountains in every direction. After a long day outside, kick off your boots and settle in. Need a dinner reservation or a tip on where to go next? Your concierge has it handled, so the only thing on your to-do list is enjoying the trip.

Hit the Trail with a Mountain Guide

Lace up your boots and follow your mountain guide up into some of the most dramatic scenery in Europe. You’ll walk past jagged rock walls, crossing through quiet pine forests, wide open meadows of wildflowers, and crystal blue lakes. Unlike wilderness hiking in many other parts of the world, Dolomites trails are dotted with private mountain huts, you can stop mid-hike for a warm espresso or a cold beer.

Eat Like a Local

This corner of Italy cooks like nowhere else in the country, mixing Italian and Austrian roots into hearty mountain food. On three nights of your trip, you’ll sit down to dinner at a local restaurant, the kind of place where you’ll find bread dumplings, smoky speck, fresh pasta, and apple strudel for dessert. Order a glass of local wine, take your time, and let the evening stretch out the way Italians do.
