In the event of a conflict between these Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, these Sweepstakes Rules govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes, Rally for a Rolex Yacht-Master, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Mail-In Entries must be received by end of day Friday, November 20th, 2026. Grand Prize Rally Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 26th, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Wednesday, November 25th, 2026  at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.   

Grand Prize Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Thursday, December 3th, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Monday, December 7th, 2026. Winner notifications are sent only by an Alltroo employee from an email address ending in @alltroo.com. Alltroo will never notify a Potential Winner or Winner by direct message on any social media platform. Any message claiming to be a winner notification that arrives by social media direct message, or from an email address that does not end in @alltroo.com, is not from Alltroo and should be reported to [email protected]. 

If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 72-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winner via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Rolex Yacht-Master 40 wristwatch, Oyster, 40 mm, Oystersteel and platinum, Reference 126622 (maximum estimated retail value US$13,200). The Grand Prize watch is new and unworn and will be delivered in its original manufacturer presentation box with the manufacturer’s warranty card and all accompanying manufacturer documentation. Any manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer, is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, and runs from the date of Sponsor’s original retail purchase rather than the date of award. Sponsor makes no independent warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the watch, including its condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No cash alternative is offered for the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, because the Grand Prize watch as described above is unavailable; if the Grand Prize watch becomes unavailable, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award a check in the amount of the Grand Prize MERV in lieu of the watch. The Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the Grand Prize.

Delivery and Fulfillment: Sponsor will deliver the Grand Prize to the Winner, at Sponsor’s election, either by insured courier requiring an adult signature to the Winner’s address in the United States or Canada, or by in-person presentation at a time and place agreed with the Winner. Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and fulfillment is subject to the Winner’s satisfactory completion of any documentation required for fulfillment, including a completed IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable equivalent for a non-U.S. resident). If the Winner resides outside the United States, the Winner is solely responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges imposed in the destination country. Any claim that the Grand Prize was damaged in shipping must be reported to Sponsor in writing, with photographs, within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery; the Grand Prize is otherwise deemed delivered in good condition. As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including filming, photography and interviews, in accordance with the publicity release in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, except where prohibited by law.

Secondary Promotions (Sub-Prizes): In addition to the Grand Prize, Sponsor will conduct three (3) Secondary Promotions as part of this Sweepstakes, referred to below as “Sub-Prize A,” “Sub-Prize B” and “Sub-Prize C” (each, a “Sub-Prize”). No separate or additional entry is required. Each entry into this Sweepstakes acquired through a one-time donation or through the free method of entry (including Mail-In Entry) during the applicable Sub-Prize Entry Period will automatically be entered into the drawing for that Sub-Prize (each, a “Sub-Prize A Entry,” “Sub-Prize B Entry” or “Sub-Prize C Entry,” as applicable), and an Entrant will receive the same number of entries into that Sub-Prize drawing as the Entrant acquired in this Sweepstakes during the applicable Sub-Prize Entry Period. Entries credited through a Sustained Membership are entered into the Grand Prize drawing only and do not count toward any Sub-Prize. Each Sub-Prize Entry Period falls within the Entry Period. Each Sub-Prize will be awarded in a separate random drawing from the Grand Prize drawing and from every other Sub-Prize drawing. Sub-Prize Entries remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, and winning a Sub-Prize does not affect an Entrant’s eligibility to win the Grand Prize or any other Sub-Prize. Except as expressly stated in this section, all other terms of these Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions apply to each Sub-Prize.

Sub-Prize A – Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Visa prepaid gift card in the amount of US$1,000 (maximum retail value US$1,000). The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer, including any activation, expiration and fee terms, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. The Winner may not elect cash in lieu of the gift card; however, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a check or other cash equivalent of equal value in place of the gift card, including where the Winner resides outside the United States or the gift card cannot be delivered or activated in the Winner’s jurisdiction. The Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on Sub-Prize A.

Sub-Prize A – Winner Notification: A separate random drawing for Sub-Prize A will be conducted on or about Monday, November 9th, 2026 from all eligible Sub-Prize A Entries received. The Potential Sub-Prize A Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, November 10th, 2026. If the Potential Sub-Prize A Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of the prize within 72 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winner via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so. The provisions of the Grand Prize Winner Notification section above regarding the source of winner notifications, including that notifications are sent only from an email address ending in @alltroo.com, apply equally to Sub-Prize A.

Sub-Prize A – Winner Announcement: The Sub-Prize A Winner will be announced on alltroo.com on or about Wednesday, November 18th, 2026.

Sub-Prize A – Fulfillment: Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and fulfillment is subject to the Winner’s satisfactory completion of any documentation required for fulfillment and delivery of Sub-Prize A, including a completed IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable equivalent for a non-U.S. resident). Sponsor’s decisions regarding the timing and method of delivery of Sub-Prize A are final.

Sub-Prize B – Entry Period: Sub-Prize B begins on Friday, November 6th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Friday, November 13th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sub-Prize B Entry Period”). Only entries acquired during the Sub-Prize B Entry Period are eligible for Sub-Prize B. All Mail-In Entry forms intended for Sub-Prize B must be generated during the Sub-Prize B Entry Period, and Mail-In Entries for Sub-Prize B must be received by end of day Friday, November 20th, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Sub-Prize B.

Sub-Prize B – Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Visa prepaid gift card in the amount of US$1,000 (maximum retail value US$1,000). Sub-Prize C – Fulfillment: Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and fulfillment is subject to the Winner’s satisfactory completion of any documentation required for fulfillment and delivery of Sub-Prize C, including a completed IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable equivalent for a non-U.S. resident). Sponsor’s decisions regarding the timing and method of delivery of Sub-Prize C are final.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. Delivery timing is subject to availability and scheduling and may be delayed. 

The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated maximum value, the difference will not be awarded. If, after the Prize has been awarded or delivered, Sponsor determines that the Winner was ineligible, violated these Sweepstakes rules or the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, or obtained the Prize through fraud or misrepresentation, the Winner must, at Sponsor’s election, return the prize or repay Sponsor the prize’s maximum estimated retail value, and must repay any cash awarded as part of the Prize, and Sponsor may pursue all other remedies available at law or in equity. 

The Maximum Estimated Retail Value (“the MERV”) of the Grand Prize is US$13,200. The MERV of each Sub-Prize is US$1,000. The total MERV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is US$16,200.
