Additional Sponsor Parties: Change Starts With Me
Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Austria in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to book the prize within one year of date awarded will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Reservations must be made 60 days in advance and blackout dates may apply.
Winner Notification: A random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted on or about Wednesday, October 14, 2026. The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Thursday, October 15, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a Getaway to Austria for winner and one (1) guest (maximum value US$4,999) consisting of: (i) a Two (2) night stay at Hotel am Mirabellplatz in a Classic room, or similar; (ii) VIP Golden Dinner & Concert experience at Fortress Hohensalzburg; (iii) Hands-on Mozartkugel chocolate workshop; (iv) a Three (3) night stay at Hotel Imlauer Wien in a Double Room or similar; (v) Classical concert in Mozart’s first Vienna apartment; (vi) Admission to Mythos Mozart; (vii) US$1000 Flight Voucher for winner’s choice of airline.
All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes, air and ground transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation and authorizations necessary for international travel, including valid passports, visas, travel authorizations (including ETIAS, if applicable), and any other entry or transit requirements, and for all associated fees. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the ability of Winner or guest to enter France or any transit country.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, with a cash payment and/or an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded as described. In the event the Winner is unable, unwilling, or unavailable to participate in the prize experience as intended, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer a cash alternative in an amount less than the stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize, taking into account the promotional, marketing, content creation, and experiential value associated with the Winner’s participation in the prize experience. Acceptance of any cash alternative shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation, and Winner will forfeit all rights to the original prize and any additional compensation.
All third-party names, trademarks, venue names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly identified as a Sponsor Party, no third party referenced in connection with the prize is a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes or responsible for its operation.
