These are the Official Rules for the Rally with Ted Karras Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Sponsor”) and administered by Alltroo, Inc (“Administrator”).

In addition to the Official Sweepstakes Rules, this Sweepstake is also supported by Alltroo’s Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Official  Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, the Official Sweepstakes Rules will govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:  This Sweepstake is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their State, and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering.  Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Availability: You must be available to attend the Ultimate Ted Karras Fan Experience in Fort Lauderdale, FL upon a mutually agreed upon date in order to be deemed the Winner.  Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call Friday, February 9th 2024 around 5pm CT. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 at 7:00 AM Central Time and ends on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Prize: (1) Winner will receive the Ultimate Fan Experience with Ted Karras consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Fort Lauderdale, FL (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA FLL then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii)  Two (2) night hotel stay in Fort Lauderdale, FL (maximum value US$500) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of the Fort Lauderdale, FL area then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) a Guided fishing trip with Cincinnati Bengal offensive lineman Ted Karras; (iv) Dinner at with Ted Karras in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area (maximum value US$600); (v) Signed Gear (maximum value US$200); The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees.

All other expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise fulfilling the trip to attend the Ultimate Fan Experience with Ted Karras, and accepting the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable.  Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$2,500.

No Responsibility: Sponsor nor Administrator or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, or any combination of the above. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
