Eligibility: This Sweepstakes, Rally for a PlayStation 5 Pro, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 1:59 am Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void, except for eligible Mail-In Entries received within the applicable Mail-In Entry Receipt Deadline specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 30, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 pm Central Time on Monday, November 2, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive (i) one (1) Sony PlayStation 5 Pro 2TB gaming console. The console has been removed from its original packaging and previously operated for promotional and marketing purposes. The console is not new or unused; (maximum value US $899); (ii) one (1) Grand Theft Auto 6 Deluxe Edition (maximum value US $100); and (iii) one (1) LG 42” Class C6 OLED AI 4K Smartweb OS TV with Perfect Black and Perfect Color (maximum value US $999).
The Maximum Estimated Retail Value (“MERV”) of the Grand Prize is US$1,998, excluding shipping and handling. Actual market value may vary based on availability, demand, and condition. No compensation will be provided for any difference between the stated MERV and actual market value.
Shipping and Delivery: Sponsor will arrange and cover the cost of standard shipping and handling of the Grand Prize to one (1) valid physical delivery address provided by the Winner within the United States or Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not permitted. Winner must provide accurate and complete shipping information within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Signature Required Upon Delivery: The Grand Prize will be shipped via a carrier selected by Sponsor, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Winner is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the designated delivery address to accept and sign for the shipment. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of a recipient, Winner will be responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup with the carrier. Any additional shipping or redelivery fees resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts will be the responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for delays resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Canadian Deliveries: For Winners residing in Canada, Sponsor may, at its discretion, arrange for the Grand Prize to be shipped from the United States or fulfilled through a Canadian retailer. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with international shipping shall be the responsibility of the Winner, unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Risk of Loss or Damage: Risk of loss or damage during shipping remains with Sponsor until the Grand Prize is delivered to the address provided by the Winner. Winner must notify Sponsor of any damage to the Grand Prize or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery. Sponsor will reasonably assist with any applicable carrier claims or manufacturer replacement procedures, subject to applicable law.
Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize PlayStation 5 console has been previously used for promotional and marketing purposes and will be awarded in its existing condition. It is provided “AS IS,” without any additional warranties or guarantees from Sponsor, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Any remaining manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. It does not include accessories, subscriptions, additional controllers, or other items not expressly described herein.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another prize by the Winner. No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize, except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Sponsor will issue any tax reporting forms required by applicable law, including IRS Form 1099-MISC to U.S. winners when applicable.
The total Maximum Estimated Retail Value of the Grand Prize is US$1,998, excluding shipping and handling.
