In the event of a conflict between these Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and, these Sweepstakes Rules govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes, Rally for Shelter Pets, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize Rally Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, December 18, 2026  at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.   

Grand Prize Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, January 11, 2027 from all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, January 12, 2027. Winner notifications are sent only by an Alltroo employee from an email address ending in @alltroo.com. Alltroo will never notify a Potential Winner or Winner by direct message on any social media platform. Any message claiming to be a winner notification that arrives by social media direct message, or from an email address that does not end in @alltroo.com, is not from Alltroo and should be reported to [email protected]. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive (i) a 2026 Lexus RX350 Premium (maximum value $60,625); (ii) a 2026 Lexus IS350 F-Sport (maximum value $58,752); (iii) $25,000 cash only for US residents not choosing the cash alternative.

Taxes or Fees covered: If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident who does not choose the Cash Alternative Option, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of $25,000 US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes. This amount may not fully cover all tax liabilities. Sponsor will pay the registration and title fees and provide shipping of the Prize to the Winner’s address or to a location within 100 miles of Winner’s address within the contiguous United States only. Shipping, registration, and title fees outside the contiguous United States are not included. If the Winner resides outside the contiguous United States, the Winner will be solely responsible for any and all shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, taxes, or other fees required in the destination location. 

After Winner has been selected and confirmed, the Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize or the Cash Alternative Option, which is a check for US$90,000. If the Grand Prize Winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that he or she is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative Option. Sponsor’s decisions about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, because the Grand Prize vehicle as described above is unavailable.  In the event the Grand Prize vehicle becomes unavailable as described above,  Sponsor reserves the right to require the Grand Prize Winner to take the Cash Alternative. A Winner’s written selection of the Grand Prize vehicle is preliminary and becomes final only upon written confirmation at the Inspection Event described below.

Vehicle Inspection and Prize Confirmation Event: If the Grand Prize Winner selects the Grand Prize vehicle rather than the Cash Alternative Option, the Winner must attend an in-person inspection event at a Sponsor-specified location in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area (the “Inspection Event”) within twenty-one (21) days of winner notification, on a date scheduled with Sponsor. Sponsor will provide round-trip coach airfare within the United States or Canada and up to one (1) night of hotel accommodations for the Winner and one (1) guest. At the Inspection Event, the Winner will personally inspect the vehicle, including its condition and odometer reading, and will confirm in writing his or her final selection of the vehicle or the Cash Alternative Option. A Winner selecting the vehicle must sign a Vehicle Condition Acknowledgement confirming acceptance of the vehicle in its condition as inspected, “AS IS.” The Winner’s acceptance of the vehicle’s condition occurs at the Inspection Event. Following the Inspection Event, Sponsor will ship the vehicle to the Winner’s address at Sponsor’s expense in accordance with the shipping terms above. Any claim of damage occurring during shipping must be reported to Sponsor in writing, with photographs, within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery; the vehicle is otherwise deemed delivered in the condition accepted at the Inspection Event. As a condition of receiving the vehicle, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities at the Inspection Event, including filming, photography, and interviews, in accordance with the publicity release in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, except where prohibited by law. If the Winner does not attend the Inspection Event within the required period and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, does not agree to an alternate date, the Winner will be deemed to have elected the Cash Alternative Option in lieu of the vehicle.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner must obtain and provide proof of insurance prior to delivery. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. Delivery timing is subject to availability and scheduling and may be delayed. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated maximum value, the difference will not be awarded. Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize offered in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. 

The prize vehicle may be delivered with mileage consistent with prior promotional use and will not be considered a new vehicle. Prize vehicles may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, and/or counties/municipalities. The Winner is responsible to check their state/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting the Prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with Canadian import requirements.

The Maximum Estimated Retail Value (“the MERV”) of the Grand Prize is US$144,377 for US residents and US$119,377 for non-US residents, assuming the Grand Prize Winner does not choose the Cash Alternative Option.
