Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to the Las Vegas, Nevada area from Friday, April 12th, 2024 - Sunday, April 14th, 2024. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the Las Vegas, Nevada area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2024 at 9:00 PM Central Time and ends on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: (1) Winner will receive a trip to Vegas to meet Max Holloway at his BMF Title Fight consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to the Las Vegas, NV area (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA LAS then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) Two (2) night hotel stay in the Las Vegas, NV area (maximum value US$600) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Las Vegas, NV then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) P8 Tickets to Max Holloway’s BMF Title Fight UFC 300 in Las Vegas, NV (maximum value US$2000); (iv) Meet and Greet and photo opportunity with Max Holloway; (v) Two (2) Wristbands to VIP access during the event (maximum value US$1000); and (vi) Receive Max Holloway’s Signed Gloves (maximum value US$100).
All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$4900.
