Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally for a Lexus, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a (i) 2026 Lexus GX550 Premium. Pearl White with Saddle Interior. Maximum Estimated Retail Value (the “MERV”) of the Grand Prize is $85,000.
Taxes or Fees covered: If the Grand Prize Winner is a US resident who does not choose the Cash Alternative Option, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of $17,000 for Winner to pay required US income taxes. This amount may not fully cover all tax liabilities. Sponsor will pay the registration and title fees and provide shipping of the Prize to the Winner’s address or to a location within 100 miles of Winner’s address within the contiguous United States only. Shipping, registration, and title fees outside the contiguous United States are not included. If the Winner resides outside the contiguous United States, the Winner will be solely responsible for any and all shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, taxes, or other fees required in the destination location.
After Winner has been selected and confirmed, the Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize or the Cash Alternative Option, which is a check for US$64,000. If the Grand Prize Winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that he or she is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative Option. Sponsor’s decisions about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, but not limited to, because the Grand Prize vehicle as described above is unavailable. In the event the Grand Prize vehicle becomes unavailable as described above, Sponsor reserves the right to require the Grand Prize Winner to take the Cash Alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner must obtain and provide proof of insurance prior to delivery..Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. Delivery timing is subject to availability and scheduling and may be delayed. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. Prize vehicle will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize offered in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The prize vehicle may be delivered with mileage consistent with prior promotional use and will not be considered a new vehicle. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, and/or counties/municipalities. The Winner is responsible to check their state/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting the Prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with Canadian import requirements.
