Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. 

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Las Vegas, NV in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize October 16-18, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 22nd, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by email on Wednesday, September 23. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive Keith Urban’s VIP Experience consisting of: (i) Airfare for two (2) from nearest major home airport to Las Vegas, NV (IATA: LAS) (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA: LAS, then in lieu of airfare, winner will receive the cash value of the lowest reasonable airfare for two (2) from the nearest major airport to LAS, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No additional substitution or compensation will be provided); (ii) a Two (2) night hotel stay in Las Vegas, NV from 10/16/2026-10/18/2026 (maximum value US$1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Fontainebleau Las Vegas then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited. No substitution or compensation will be provided for forfeited portions); (iii) Two (2) VIP tickets to Keith Urban’s show on October 17, 2026 at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (maximum value US$1000); (iv) Meet and Greet with Keith Urban (maximum value US$0).

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, weather conditions, illness, governmental restrictions, or any other circumstances that may prevent the Winner or guest from traveling, participating in, or otherwise accepting the prize. Any unused or forfeited portion of the prize will not be replaced, refunded, or compensated.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and international taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, with a cash payment and/or an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded as described. In the event the Winner is unable, unwilling, or unavailable to participate in the prize experience as intended, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer a cash alternative in an amount less than the stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize, taking into account the promotional, marketing, content creation, and experiential value associated with the Winner’s participation in the prize experience. Acceptance of any cash alternative shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation, and Winner will forfeit all rights to the original prize and any additional compensation.

The total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is US$3200
