Five-time cancer survivor and former Gopher Football player, Casey O’Brien knows first-hand how dynamic programming and an innovative patient-centered clinic can aid the healing and treatment process for pediatric patients. With community support, he hopes to raise $1,000,000 to transform the infusion center and patient/family experience within the Journey Clinic at M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital.
Funds donated to this campaign will make you a member of Team One Four and will be used for equipment, technology, and patient programming enhancements.

Eligibility: This Sweepstake is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on March 26th, 2023. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on December 12th, 2022 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on March 21st, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a 2023 Escalade consisting of: (i) a 2023, 6.2L V8 420 HP, 4WD, Luxury Trim, Cadillac Escalade with Crystal White Tricoat exterior and Jet Black interior (the “Prize”). If Winner is a US resident, the Prize will also include a payment of 25% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Prize to consist solely of US$65,112 (the “Cash Option”). Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Prize. If winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$109,518.75 [car MSRP + (25% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees]. The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$86,815.
