Explore Chamonix Like a Local
Discover the soul of Chamonix on a relaxed guided walk-through town, where a local guide shares stories of mountain life, hidden corners, and insider tips. Then settle in for an intimate wine tasting, highlighting four regional wines paired with traditional cheeses and charcuterie. As flavors unfold, learn how Alpine terroir shapes each wine and discover the craftsmanship behind France’s most beloved food traditions.
Rise to the Roof of the Alps
With a 2-Day Mont Blanc Multi Pass in hand, the highest peaks in the Alps are yours to explore. Glide up the Aiguille du Midi cable car to 3,842 meters, where a 360-degree panorama of French, Swiss, and Italian summits opens around you and Mont Blanc gleams overhead. Board the little red cog train to the Mer de Glace, France’s largest glacier, and step inside an ice cave carved by hand into the blue heart of the ice. Ride high to Brévent for the view back across the valley, the Alps spread before you.
Rest Well Beneath Mont Blanc
Your home for four nights is the Lykke Hotel & Spa, whose name means happiness in Danish, and it delivers. Step onto your private balcony each morning to find Mont Blanc and the Brévent peaks glowing in the alpine light, coffee in hand. Between adventures, melt into the spa, with its indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and warm herbal tea room waiting to soothe tired legs. Wake to a fresh breakfast each day before the mountains call you back out.
