Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with George Kittle, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Monday, March 16, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Prize: One Grand Prize (i) Winner will receive one (1) HIMALAYA Custom EV Defender 110 – All-Electric Adventure Vehicle. Estimated Retail Value (“the ERV”) of the Grand Prize is $220,000
Taxes or Fees covered: If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of $40,000 in US dollars for Winner towards required US income taxes. Sponsor will also pay the shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.
After Winner has been selected and confirmed, the Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to require Winner to take the Cash Alternative and remove the option of the Grand Prize if the Winner does not wish to accept one of the Grand Prize options presented by Sponsor (as applicable). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$165,000 (the “Cash Option”). The maximum value of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$260,000 [Grand Prize ERV + $40,000 cash]. The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$165,000.
