You and a guest are going to score a trip to Philadelphia for a VIP experience at the Battle of Pennsylvania. It doesn’t matter which side of the rivalry you’re on, you’re going to go home with game-used gear and signed jerseys from both teams. You’ll meet with both Brian Boyle and Kevin Hayes after the game. Airfare and hotel included.

Former NHLer Jimmy Hayes tragically passed away in August. According to his brother Kevin Hayes, Jimmy’s sole purpose in life was to make those around him feel important and happy. Jimmy also jumped at the opportunity to help others in need, especially children. The 11 Fund was was created in Jimmy’s name. The 11 Fund will donate proceeds to children in need at Saint Joseph School in Dorchester, MA where Jimmy and his 4 siblings attended school.
This sweepstakes raises funds for Change Starts With Me (“CSWM”) which is a charitable nonprofit described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 100% percent of the donations from this sweepstakes go to CSWM . CSWM has decided to grant your donations, less the costs associated with fundraising and the experiences and prizes, to The 11 Fund.

Eligibility: This Sweepstake is open to residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority, whichever is greater) and of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Philadelphia and attend the Penguins at Flyers hockey game on April 24th in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the Philadelphia, PA area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on April 4th, 2022. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on February 15th, 2022 at 11:00 am Central Time and ends on April 3rd, 2022 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive the ultimate fan experience at the battle of Pennsylvania consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Philadelphia, PA (maximum value $1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of PHL then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) Two (2) night hotel stay in Philadelphia or surrounding area (maximum value $400)(if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of PHL then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) 2 tickets to the Penguis-Flyers game on April 24th 2022 (maximum value $300); (iv) Signed Jerseys from Brian Boyle and Kevin Hayes (maximum value $400); (v) game-used sticks from Boyle and Hayes (maximum value $200); (vi) post-game meet and greet with Boyle and Hayes. The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees.
All other expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise attending the Penguins-Flyers game in Philadelphia, PA on April 24th, 2022 and accepting the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
The total estimated retail value of the prize is $2,300.
