These are the Official Rules for the Derrick Henry Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (“Sponsor”) and administered by Alltroo, Inc (“Administrator”).

In addition to the Official Sweepstakes Rules, this Sweepstake is also supported by Alltroo’s Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Official  Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, the Official Sweepstakes Rules will govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:  This Sweepstake is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their State, and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering.  Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Availability:  You must be available to attend the Titans Game in Nashville, TN in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the Nashville, TN area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen.  You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on February 20th, 2023.  If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in these Official Sweepstake Rules.

Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes beings on January 13th, 2023 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on February 6th, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive the Derrick Henry Sweepstakes Prize consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Nashville, TN (maximum value US$1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of BNA then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) Two (2) night hotel stay in Nashville, TN (maximum value US$450) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Nissan Stadium then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Four (4) lower-level tickets to the Titans game (maximum value US$600); (iv) Four (4) pre-game sideline passes; (v) Game day transportation via limo service (Maximum value US$250); (vi) Replica team helmet; (vii) Seat visit from T-Rac and the cheerleaders; (viii) Personal welcome message on the Jumbotron; The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees.

All other expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Neither the Administrator or the Sponsor will be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise attending the Titan’s game and accepting the prize, in which any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced.  All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable.  Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$2300.

No Responsibility: Sponsor nor Administrator or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, or any combination of the above. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees.
