Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with Michael Franti, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.       

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Bali, Indonesia in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize on a mutually agreed upon date will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change. Blackout dates may apply. 

Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Monday, October 20, 2025. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a Weeklong Getaway to Bali at Michael Franti’s Soulshine Resort, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Bali, Indonesia, including airport transfers (maximum value US$2000); (ii) A seven (7) night stay in the Panorama Penthouse at Soulshine Bali resort, Bali’s first sound + wellness retreat (maximum value US$5,500); the Package includes: (ii.i) Daily Breakfast; (ii.ii) Daily morning Yoga sessions; (ii.iii) One (1) 60-Minute Balinese Massage for the WInner & Guest; (ii.iv) 2 Guided Tours; (ii.v) and roundtrip airport transfer in Bali.

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
