Alltroo is conducting a Secondary Promotion in connection with all Active Sweepstakes on Alltroo.com. This is a Secondary Promotion as defined in the Official Rules.
Each Secondary Promotion is also governed by the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Secondary Promotion Rules, the Sweepstakes Rules, and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, these Secondary Promotion Rules govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.
Secondary Promotion Eligibility: This Promotion, Holiday Promotion 2023, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter Secondary Promotion: By entering into any Active Sweepstakes on Alltroo.com using any method of entry during the Entry Period of this Secondary Promotion (below), you will be entered to win the Secondary Promotion prize (below). All participants who enter any Active Sweepstakes on Alltroo.com will automatically receive the same number of entries into this Secondary Promotion as the number of valid entries they received for the Active Sweepstakes during the Secondary Promotion Entry Period, up to the Active Sweepstakes’ Entry Limit.
Secondary Promotion Drawing Date: A random drawing will occur after the close of the Secondary Promotion as defined in the Official Rules, on or around December 12th, 2023. The Secondary Promotion Winner is estimated to be announced on or about December 20th, 2023, subject to the notification and confirmation and verification process detailed in the Official Rules.
Secondary Promotion Potential Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12 PM CST on Wednesday, December 13th, 2023. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Secondary Promotion Entry Period: This Secondary Promotion begins on Friday, November 24th, 2023 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Monday December 4th, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Secondary Promotion Entry Period”). Secondary Promotion Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. All Active Sweepstakes Mail-in Entry forms must be generated during the Entry Period. All Active Sweepstakes Mail-in Entries from residents outside of Rhode Island must be received by 4 business days after the Secondary Promotion period ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Secondary Promotion. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Secondary Promotion Prize: One (1) Secondary Promotion Winner will receive a Cash Prize of US$5,000.00.
The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$5,000.
