Each Sweepstakes is also governed by the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Sweepstakes Rules and the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and, these Sweepstakes Rules govern. Capitalized terms used and not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: This Sweepstake, Rally with Jelly Roll,  is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering.  No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period.  Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on February 14th, 2024.  If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on October 5th, 2023 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on January 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a new 2024 Ford F150 Raptor in the color of their choosing (the “Grand Prize”). If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 25% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address.  If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.  In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$64,406 (the “Cash Option”).  Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All expenses not specified, including, but not limited insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary.  The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$109,343.75 [car MSRP + (25% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees].  The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$85,875. 

Sub-Prize A: One (1) Winner will receive a VIP trip to meet Jelly Roll at a mutually agreed upon future 2024-2025 concert consisting of: (i) Round trip transportation for two (2) to the city the concert takes place in (maximum value $1300) (originating from the United States or Canada); (ii) Two (2) Concert tickets (maximum value $800); (iii) One (1) double-occupancy hotel room with a two (2) night hotel stay in the concert area (maximum value $1200); (iv) Meet and Greet with Jelly Roll before the show. No Cash Option is offered for Sub-Prize A. 

All other expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise attending the Jelly Roll concert and accepting the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided.  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable.  Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of sub-prize A is $3,300.

Sub-Prize B: One (1) Winner will receive a signed Jelly Roll guitar (maximum value $800). No Cash Option is offered for Sub-Prize B. 

The total estimated retail value of sub-prize B is $800.
