Eligibility: This Sweepstake, Rally for The Minnesota Vikings Foundation, is open to residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering.  No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period.  Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024.  If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, February 8th, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Friday, May 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a new 2024 F-150 XLT SuperCrew in the color of their choosing (the “Grand Prize”). As the Grand Prize is only eligible to US residents, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 25% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for the Winner to pay the required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$47,625 (the “Cash Option”). Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary.  The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$63,500 [car MSRP + (25% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees]. 

Sub-Prize A – Prize: One (1) Winner and their guest will be given a VIP Tour of the TCO Performance Center training facility in Minneapolis, MN during the Offseason Program, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Minneapolis, MN (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA MSP then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii)  Two (2) night hotel stay in Minneapolis, MN (maximum value US$600) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) A Tour of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center during the Minnesota Vikings Offseason Program.

Sub-Prize A – Entry Period: This Sub-Prize A Promotion begins on Friday, March 1st, 2024 at 12 PM Central Time and ends on Sunday, March 17th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sub-Prize A Entry Period”). Sub-Prize A Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. All Mail-in Entry forms must be generated during the Sub-Prize A Entry Period. All Mail-in Sub-Prize A Entries from residents outside of Rhode Island must be received by 4 business days after the Secondary Promotion period ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Notification: The Potential Sub-Prize A Winner will be notified by email or phone call on or around Monday, March 25th, 2024 around 5 PM CT. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Availability: The Minnesota Vikings 2024 Offseason Program timing is within April – June 2024. Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to satisfactory completion of any documentation as may be required for fulfillment and delivery of the Sub-Prize A. 

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of Sub-Prize A is $1,800.

No Cash Option is offered for Sub-Prize A. 

Sub-Prize B – Prize: One (1) Winner and their guest will be awarded VIP Tickets to the Minnesota Vikings Draft Party in Minneapolis, MN on Thursday, April 25th, 2024, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Minneapolis, MN (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA MSP then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii)  Two (2) night hotel stay in Minneapolis, MN (maximum value US$600) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) VIP Tickets to the Minnesota Vikings Draft Party (maximum value US$350).
