Hennessey®, the Texas-based hypercar manufacturer, and high-performance vehicle creator, has supercharged America’s premier iconic sports car, the Ford Mustang GT. Hennessey’s supercharged SUPER VENOM Mustang GT package takes power from the stock 450 bhp and 410 lb-ft of torque, to an exhilarating 850 bhp and 650 lb-ft of torque.
Testing for all Hennessey® Performance models begin at the company’s headquarters in Sealy, Texas. Under the guidance of our Research and Development team, each model line is subjected to hundreds of hours of research and development. This helps guarantee that Hennessey® Performance’s Ford Mustang GT performance package enhances every aspect of the vehicle while retaining complete usability and manufacturer driving modes.
After lab-based evaluation, development moves to Hennessey® Performance’s various on-site dyno bays for live assessment. The final phase of tuning has development models of the Ford Mustang GT test at the Pennzoil Proving Ground at Hennessey® Performance’s headquarters. This final phase is performed to evaluate the Mustang GT’s tune upgrade in the real world. Even after each model line is signed-off, every customer vehicle undergoes its series of quality assurance tests, including a detailed test drive by Hennessey® Performance’s engineers.
Customer satisfaction is at the core of every Hennessey® Performance Ford Mustang GT performance upgrade. Emphasizing this point, the company provides a comprehensive warranty on each 5.0-liter V8 Ford Mustang GT upgrade to provide total peace of mind. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, October 24 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Thursday, November 6, 2025. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Prize: One Grand Prize (i) Winner will receive one (1) Hennessey SUPER VENOM Mustang; (ii) One (1) pair of Mike Tyson signed boxing gloves (maximum value $150); and (iii) One (1) meet and greet with Mike Tyson.
Taxes or Fees covered: If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 20% of the approximate retail value of the vehicles in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes. Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.
Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$115,500 (the “Cash Option”). The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$200,150 [car MSRP + (20% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees]. The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$165,000.
