Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Bali, Indonesia on a mutually agreed upon timeframe through December 2025 in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in Bali, Indonesia will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements, including a valid Passport.
The date of the prize package redemption must be mutually agreed upon within forty-five (45) days of the prize awarded to the Winner. Event date and time are subject to change.
Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a Weeklong Getaway to Bali at Michael Franti’s Soulshine Resort, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to Bali, Indonesia, including airport transfers (maximum value US$2000); (ii) A seven (7) night stay in the Panorama Penthouse at Soulshine Bali resort, Bali’s first sound + wellness retreat (maximum value US$2900); the Package includes: (ii.i) Daily Breakfast; (ii.ii) Daily morning Yoga sessions; (ii.iii) One (1) 60-Minute Balinese Massage for the WInner & Guest; (ii.iv) a Sebatu Temple Tour; (ii.v) and the option of: (a) a Personal Yoga session with Michael Franti (b) a Private acoustic show by Michael Franti during the stay at Soulshine ( c) Dinner with Michael Franti and his wife during the stay at Soulshine.
The package cannot be used for a Soulrocker Retreat. If the mutually agreed upon date for the trip does not include a timeframe when Michael Franti will be at Soulshine Bali then, the winner can choose four (4) tickets to any concert before 12/31/25 (in place of the option to choose a personal yoga session with Michael, a private acoustic show by Michael, or dinner with Michael and his wife during their stay).
All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
