Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on March 6th, 2023. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on October 27th, 2022 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on March 1st, 2023 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited consisting of: (i) a 2023, 3.6L V6 24V VVT eTorque Engine, 4WD, Cold Weather Package, Advanced Safety Package, Rubicon Trim, Jeep Wrangler with Firecracker Red exterior and Black Leather interior (the “Prize”). If Winner is a US resident, the Prize will also include a payment of 25% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Prize to consist solely of US$43,342.50 (the “Cash Option”). Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Prize. If winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses not specified, including, but not limited insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$73,237.50 [car MSRP + (25% of MSPR) + estimated title and registration fees]. The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$57,790.
