Your donation is tax deductible in the U.S. to the full extent provided under the law. Every Alltroo rally raises funds for Change Starts With Me, a Minneapolis, MN based Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations go to Change Starts With Me, which has decided to grant your donations, minus costs associated with fundraising and the prize, to Young Musicians Foundation. Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with Avenged Sevenfold, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 1:30 pm Pacific Time and ends on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Mexico City in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize on January 17, 2026 will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.
Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 5:00 PM CT on Monday, January 5, 2026. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive Avenged Sevenfold’s VIP Concert Experience consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to MEX (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of Mexico City, then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) a Three (3) night hotel stay in Mexico City (maximum value US$1200) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Estadio GNP Seguros, then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) tickets to Avenged Sevenfold at Estadio GNP Seguros on January 17, 2026 (maximum value US$200); (iv) One (1) Avenged Sevenfold merch bundle (maximum value US$200); and (v) One (1) Exclusive Meet & Greet with Avenged Sevenfold(maximum value US$0).
All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.
