Entry Period for Florida and New York Residents: This Sweepstakes will be open to residents of Florida and New York beginning on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 at 12:01 AM Central Time and ends on Friday, February 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “FL and NY Entry Period”). Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.
Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a 2024 Orange County Choppers Custom Motorcycle (the “Grand Prize”). Custom Motorcycle build consists of 1000cc engine, red color scheme, black silver, chrome, every day rider.
If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 20% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
