This nonprofit is dedicated to supporting the culinary community and training young chefs to represent the USA at the world’s most prestigious culinary competition.
Chef Boulud has been involved in numerous nonprofits committed to providing food for individuals with limited resources including Citymeals on Wheels and Food1st. Each year, Boulud opens hosts an intimate charity Gala benefitting Citymeals on Wheels which has raised over $12 million for the nonprofit.
