Eligibility: For this Sweepstakes, Rally with the UFC, Winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Additional Sponsor Parties: Change Starts With Me

Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time and ends on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.             

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to New York City in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize on November 15, 2025 will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Monday, November 3, 2025. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive A VIP Trip to watch the UFC 322 Fight at MSG consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to the New York City area (maximum value US$1100) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of JFK, LGA, or EWR, then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) a Two (2) night hotel stay in New York, NY (maximum value US$1000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Madison Square Garden, then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) VIP seats during UFC 322 and the ceremonial weigh in (maximum value US$2000); (iv) One (1) UFC 322 signed poster and gloves (maximum value US$200); (v) One (1) Meet & Greet with UFC President, Dana White (maximum value US$0); (vi) and One (1) $500 credit to the UFC store (maximum value US$500). 

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, locally collected mandatory fees, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is US$4,800
