Entry Period:  This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.       

Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24-hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a 1966 Coyote Edition Bronco from Gateway Bronco (the “Grand Prize”). Bronco build consists of a 3rd Generation Ford 5.0L Engine, 10-Speed Automatic Transmission, Wilwood 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, 18” Billet Machined Wheels, Stainless Steel Exhaust, Kincer Engineering Chassis, Distressed Italian Leather, Diamond Stitching, German Square Weave Carpet, Leather Wrapped Roll Bar, San Felipe Roll Bar, CarPlay and Bluetooth Audio.

Taxes or Fees covered: If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 20% of the approximate retail value of the vehicles in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes. Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address. If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.

Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All expenses not specified, including, but not limited to insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary. In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$175,000 (the “Cash Option”). The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$300,000[car MSRP + (20% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees]. The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$250,000.
