Eligibility: This Sweepstake, Rally with Kevin Bacon, winners must not be residents of any country on the United States’ list of embargoed countries (which you can find here), Afghanistan, Bahamas, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, Central Africa Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania (the United Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad, and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other country where local laws would prohibit the provision of or entry into a Sweepstakes.Winners must have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any thirty (30) day period. Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email around 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025.  If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period:  Excluding residents of Florida and New York, this Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday October 8th, 2024 at 12:00 pm Central Time and ends on Wednesday February 12th, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Entry Period for Florida and New York Residents: This Sweepstakes will be open to residents of Florida and New York beginning on Friday, October 18th, 2024 at 12:01 AM Central Time and ends on Wednesday February 12th, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “FL and NY Entry Period”). Entries for Florida and New York residents received before or after the FL and NY Entry Period are void.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize (1) Winner will receive a 1966 Brittany Blue Coyote Edition Bronco from Gateway Bronco (the “Grand Prize”). Bronco build consists of a 3rd Generation Ford 5.0L Engine, 10-Speed Automatic Transmission, Wilwood 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, 18” Billet Machined Wheels, Stainless Steel Exhaust, Kincer Engineering Chassis, Distressed Italian Leather, Diamond Stitching, German Square Weave Carpet, Leather Wrapped Roll Bar, San Felipe Roll Bar, CarPlay and Bluetooth Audio. 

If Grand Prize Winner is a US resident, the Grand Prize will also include a payment of 20% of the MSRP of the car in US dollars for Winner to pay required US income taxes and Sponsor will also pay the registration and title fees plus shipping to Winner’s address or location within 100 miles of Winner’s address.  If Winner is not a US resident, Winner will be solely responsible for any and all taxes, shipping charges, import duties, registration costs, or further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country.  

In the alternative, Winner or Sponsor may elect for the Grand Prize to consist solely of US$125,000 (the “Cash Option”).  Winner must advise Sponsor in writing on or before the deadline provided by Sponsor if Winner would like to choose the Grand Prize. If the winner does not notify the Sponsor in writing that the Winner is selecting the Grand Prize, then Winner shall forfeit the ability to select the Grand Prize, and Winner will automatically receive the Cash Alternative. Sponsor’s decision about the Prize selection is final. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All expenses not specified, including, but not limited insurance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding timing and location of delivery of the Prize are final. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary.  The estimated retail value (“the ERV”) of the Prize for a US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$300,000 [car MSRP + (20% of MSRP) + estimated title and registration fees].  The ERV of the Prize for a non-US resident not choosing the Cash Option is US$250,000.
