Eligibility: This Sweepstakes, Rally with Switchfoot, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any thirty (30) day period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to San Diego, CA between Friday, June, 14th, 2024 – Sunday, June 16th, 2024 in order to be deemed the Winner. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in the San Diego, CA area will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Event date and time are subject to change.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or phone call around 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, March 21st, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive the Ultimate Switchfoot Concert Experience consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for two (2) to San Diego, CA (maximum value US$1100) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA SAN then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) Two (2) night hotel stay in the San Diego, CA area (maximum value US$650) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 60-miles of Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, CA then the hotel portion of the prize will be forfeited); (iii) Two (2) Pit Passes for the Winner and their Guest to the 20th Anniversary Switchfoot Bro-Am 2024 Beach Fest concert on June 15th in San Diego, CA (maximum value US$600); (iv) a Taylor brand guitar autographed by Switchfoot (maximum value US$2000); (v) a VIP Artist Swag Bag including unique Switchfoot apparel and autographed Setlist (maximum value US$300); and (vi) a Meet & Greet with the band members of Switchfoot.The Winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. No cash option is offered for the Prize. 

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the Prize is US$4,650.

Sub-Prize A – Winner Availability: Exact fulfillment dates are TBD by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to satisfactory completion of any documentation as may be required for fulfillment and delivery of the Sub-Prize A. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Notification: The Potential Sub-Prize A Winner will be notified by email or phone call on or around Thursday, May 16th, 2024 around 5 PM CT. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so. 

Sub-Prize A – Winner Announcement: The Sub-Prize A Winner will be announced on alltroo.com or around Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.

Sub-Prize A – Prize: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) one of a kind Switchfoot Swag Bag (maximum value US$250). No cash option is offered for Sub-Prize A. 

Sub-Prize A – Entry Period: This Sub-Prize A Promotion begins on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at 12 PM PT Central Time and ends on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sub-Prize A Entry Period”). Sub-Prize A Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. All Mail-in Entry forms must be generated during the Sub-Prize A Entry Period. All Mail-in Sub-Prize A Entries from residents outside of Rhode Island must be received by 5 business days after the Secondary Promotion period ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
