Eligibility: This Sweepstake, Rally for the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, is open to residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Sponsor or Sponsor Partners and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. No person is eligible to win more than one prize on this site during any twelve (12) month period. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Winner Availability: You must be available to travel to Orlando, Florida at a mutually agreed upon date  prior to March, 31st, 2025, in order to be deemed the Winner. The Winner will be requested to provide three (3) separate dates of preferred travel and Alltroo will work towards fulfilling at least one (1) of those dates. Any Potential Winner not available to claim the prize in Orlando, FL will be disqualified and another Potential Winner will be chosen. You bear all risks of inclement weather and travel eligibility restrictions and requirements. Travel for this package must be completed by March 31, 2025. Event date and time are subject to change, availability and block-out dates.

Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified by email or by phone around 12:00 PM CT on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024. If the Potential Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 24 hours, he or she will forfeit the prize and another Potential Winner will be chosen using the same procedure specified in the Standard Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions. At Sponsor’s sole option, it may contact any Potential Winners via phone or text following the email notification, but Sponsor is not required to do so.

Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Friday, May 24th, 2024 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.    

Prize: One (1) Winner will receive Cinderella Castle Suite Magical Vacation Package, consisting of: (i) Round Trip airfare for four (4) to Orlando, FL (maximum value US$2000) (if address used to enter sweepstakes is within 250-miles of IATA MCO then the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited); (ii) A 1-night stay at the Cinderella Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom® Park for up to four (4) guests; (iii) Breakfast for up to four (4) guests at Cinderella’s Royal Table the morning of your check-out from the Cinderella Castle Suite; (iv) 2-night resort stay in a standard room at a Deluxe Resort, subject to availability and selected in Disney’s discretion, for up to four (4) guests; (v) Up to four (4) 3-day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; and (vi) a Private 7-hour VIP Tour Experience including: 

(vi-i) A completely customized experience based on your preferences, (vi-ii) visit multiple theme parks in one day or enjoy all that one park has to offer, (vi-iii) ability to enjoy favorite attractions efficiently through most Lightning Lane entrances, (vi-iv) shared insight from a highly knowledgeable VIP Tour Guide throughout the tour.

Check-in for the Cinderella Castle Suite is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. The 2-night resort stay at a Deluxe Resort may take place before or after the stay at the Cinderella Castle Suite, subject to availability.

All other expenses not specified above, including, but not limited to, all other meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel delays or any weather issues that prevent the Winner from traveling or otherwise accepting and fulfilling the prize, in which event any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or replaced. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated estimated retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

The total estimated retail value of the prize is US$13,320.

To enter a theme park, both a park reservation and valid ticket for the same theme park on the same date are required. Reservations can be made using the Disney Park Pass system. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry. The Park Hopper® Option includes same-day admission to more than one theme park on each day of your ticket. You must make a park reservation via the Disney Park Pass reservation system for the first theme park you plan to visit. After entering that first theme park, you will be able to visit the next theme park at any time until each theme park’s regularly scheduled closure. The ability to visit a theme park is subject to the theme park’s capacity limitations. At this time, a park reservation is not required after the first theme park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change.

The above is based upon availability and is subject to change. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. This package, which has been donated to the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, is not valid for promotional purposes, is nontransferable and may not be resold, donated or auctioned off by a third party, except as expressly authorized by Disney. All elements of the package must be used by the winner and their guests at the same time during the redemption of the package. This package will have no remaining value once used, in whole or in part, and may not be used with any other certificates, discounts or offers. Any vouchers or tickets with respect to the package will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Package may not be redeemed for cash. Package excludes: transportation, travel insurance, meals (except as otherwise provided), hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise and souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes and any other charges and items not otherwise described above.
